At
a-spark, we're on a mission to get folks reading the Bible on a regular
basis. Making a commitment to spend time in the Word of God. Our goal
is to make you think "That's in the Bible?" then for you to
check it out.
When I was a child we appropriately read just parts of the stories. Now as I read the whole story my eyes are widened and my heart is filled with just how awesome God is. He is always in control. He is unchanging. Some of the stories, initially make me wonder how they ever got in the Bible (see Judges). But by spending regular time in God's Word He makes Himself known and answers whatever questions I may have. Some questions take longer than others to answer (see Judges) but God is faithful.

What
we Believe:
I
believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into hell. On the third day He rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
I
believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion
of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and
the life everlasting. Amen
